SpinWall es el sistema isoinercial de Training Wall<\/h3>\n

La diferencia entre el entrenamiento inercial y otras formas de ejercicio es la forma en que trabajamos la fuerza y la velocidad, ya que funciona por aceleraci\u00f3n y deleraci\u00f3n de una masa, y no por peso levantado.
