Speed Trainer
The Speed Trainer is an elastic resistance system designed for power, speed, and deceleration work with total freedom of movement. Its 3-meter range of motion allows large, natural and explosive patterns, while its very flat tension curve delivers a consistent load throughout the entire movement – from the first centimeter to the end of the rep.
Combined with the Load Plates and the SpinWall Plate, you can create a complete multi-directional power station for jumps, accelerations, decelerations, and changes of direction.
